خط خدمة الاستشارات الصناعة/ القطاع التكنولوجيا التخصص الخدمات المدارة المستوى الإداري مدير الوصف الوظيفي والملخص المدير مسؤول عن إدارة تقديم المحاسبة اليومية للعملاء أو الكيانات المعينين ضمن بيئة تقديم الخدمات المالية. يضمن الدور أن تُقدَّم أنشطة التمويل بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب وبما يتوافق مع المعايير المحاسبية المعمول بها ومستويات الخدمة المتفق عليها وسياسات العميل والضوابط الداخلية. يجمع هذا المنصب بين معرفة محاسبية قوية وقيادة فعلية للأفراد وتنسيق مع العميل وحل المشكلات والتحسين المستمر. يعمل المدير عن كثب مع قيادات التقديم العليا وأصحاب التمويل لدى العملاء للحفاظ على جودة الخدمة، تعزيز انضباط العملية، ودعم تقديم قابل للتوسع عبر دفتر الأستاذ العام، من سجل إلى تقرير، الدفع للموردين، الطلب إلى النقد، دعم FP&A وأنشطة الإغلاق/التقارير.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة تقديم المحاسبة لعملاء أو كيانات أو أعمدة عمليات محددة، تغطي GL، R2R، AP، O2C، دعم FP&A، وأنشطة الإغلاق الشهرية/الربع سنوية/السنوية.
- تنسيق إعداد ومراجعة تقارير الحزم للتقارير القانونية والتقارير الإدارية، لضمان الكمال والدقة ومواءمتها مع جداول زمنية العميل.
- مراقبة أداء تقديم الخدمة مقابل مستويات الخدمة المتفق عليها وتوقعات الجودة والمتطلبات الامتثالية وجداول حل المشكلات.
- مراجعة قيود اليومية وتسويات الحسابات والاعترافات والدفعات المسبقة والأرصدة بين الشركات وتفسيرات الانحراف والجداول الداعمة قبل الموافقة العليا عند الحاجة.
- تطبيق IFRS وUS GAAP وIPSAS والقواعد القانونية المحلية وسياسات محاسبة العميل على المسائل المحاسبية الروتينية وذات التعقيد المتوسط، مع تصعيد البنود التي تتطلب حكمًا في الوقت المناسب.
- العمل كنقطة تصعيد لمشاكل التقديم، عنق الزجاجة في العمليات، الاستثناءات غير المحلولة، ومخاوف العملاء، مع ضمان ملكية واضحة والمتابعة في الوقت المناسب.
- قيادة وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق، بما في ذلك تخطيط عبء العمل، تحديد الأولويات، مراجعة الناتج، دعم التطوير، والمساهمة في مناقشات إدارة الأداء.

- تتبع السعة والاستغلال ومخاطر النقل واقتصاديات التقديم للفريق المعين، ورفع مخاوف الموارد أو قابلية التوسع للإدارة العليا.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو الأعمال أو مجال ذو صلة؛ يُفضل CPA أو ACCA أو CMA أو مؤهل مكافئ.
- 8-12 عامًا من الخبرة المحاسبية أو المالية المتقدمة، بما في ذلك تعرض مهم للخدمات المشتركة أو BPO أو الخدمات المهنية أو بيئات متعددة الجنسيات.
- خبرة في قيادة فرق صغيرة إلى متوسطة الحجم وتنسيق العمل عبر عملاء أو كيانات أو دول أو مجالات عمليات متعددة.
- معرفة عملية بقفل مالي والتسويات وحوكمة الميزانية والتقارير الإدارية ودعم التقارير القانونية.

Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Technology Specialism Managed Services Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary The Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting delivery for assigned clients or entities within a finance delivery environment. The role ensures that finance activities are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with applicable accounting standards, agreed service levels, client policies, and internal controls. This position combines strong accounting knowledge with hands-on people leadership, client coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. The Manager works closely with senior delivery leadership and client finance stakeholders to maintain service quality, strengthen process discipline, and support scalable delivery across General Ledger, Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Order-to-Cash, FP&A support, and close/reporting activities.
PwC opened a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo that delivers high quality technology solutions to consulting Clients across the globe. The Centre provides a broad suite of skills and services to our clients, ranging from Packaged Applications such as SAP & Oracle, to Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Custom Development and Cloud services utilising AWS, Azure and Google, as well as expanding our existing Managed Services capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting delivery for assigned clients, entities, or process towers, covering GL, R2R, AP, O2C, FP&A support, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Coordinate the preparation and review of reporting packs for statutory and management reporting, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with client timelines.
- Monitor service delivery performance against agreed service levels, quality expectations, compliance requirements, and issue-resolution timelines.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, intercompany balances, variance explanations, and supporting schedules before senior-level approval where required.
- Apply IFRS, US GAAP, IPSAS, local statutory rules, and client accounting policies to routine and moderately complex accounting matters, escalating judgmental items appropriately.
- Act as an escalation point for delivery issues, process bottlenecks, unresolved exceptions, and client concerns, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up.
- Lead and coach team members, including planning workloads, setting priorities, reviewing outputs, supporting development, and contributing to performance management discussions.
- Partner with client controllers, finance managers, and process owners to explain close status, open items, balance sheet movements, process risks, and improvement actions.
- Drive standardization of process steps, templates, reconciliations, working papers, checklists, and reporting routines across assigned clients or entities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including workflow simplification, automation candidates, root-cause elimination, and KPI-based performance tracking.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, control evidence, decision logs, and issue trackers to support governance, audit readiness, and knowledge continuity.
- Support internal, external, tax, and statutory audits by coordinating requested schedules, resolving queries, tracking findings, and helping remediate control gaps.
- Support transitions, onboarding, and stabilization for new entities or scope expansions through knowledge transfer, shadowing plans, cutover tracking, and readiness reviews.
- Collaborate with procurement, payroll, tax, treasury, IT, business, and transformation teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies affecting finance delivery.
- Track capacity, utilization, handover risks, and delivery economics for the assigned team, raising resource or scalability concerns with senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 8 12 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including meaningful exposure to shared services, BPO, professional services, or multinational environments.
- Experience leading small to mid-sized teams and coordinating work across multiple clients, entities, countries, or process areas.
- Strong working knowledge of financial close, reconciliations, balance sheet governance, management reporting, and statutory reporting support.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP, with the ability to research, interpret, and apply client policies to practical accounting scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics/AX, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Excel capability and practical experience with reporting, workflow, BI, or automation tools is an advantage.
- Experience gained within a Big Four or other reputable audit/advisory firm is highly desirable and will be considered a strong plus, particularly where it includes exposure to financial reporting, statutory audits, internal controls, and multi-entity environments.
- German language proficiency is a plus.
