Role Description
The Sales Consultant - Commission Based is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt, This position is responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their migration and residency needs, and presenting appropriate solutions and programs offered by Migrate World. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, providing tailored consulting on citizenship and residency options, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and guiding clients through the initial stages of the application process. The Sales Consultant will maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions, follow up promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to support a smooth client experience. This role is commission-based, requiring consistent achievement of sales targets and proactive business development activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, with the ability to identify client needs and match them to suitable migration and residency solutions. Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive, professional experience throughout the client journey. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities. Candidates should possess Consulting skills to provide informed, trustworthy guidance on complex migration and legal processes. Prior experience in sales. Proficiency in English is required. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, manage a pipeline, and work with commission-based structures is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness.
