We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead telesales hiring and support the growth of our sales team. This role requires someone who is comfortable with high-volume recruitment, fast turnaround, and continuous hiring for frontline sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for telesales roles Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates Build and manage a strong hiring pipeline across different channels Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans, candidate profiles, and progress updates Ensure a smooth candidate experience and strong follow-up throughout the process Track hiring performance and suggest process improvements

Requirements

+2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales, telesales, call center, or volume hiring Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills High ownership, persistence, and attention to detail
