Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial real estate markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, direct sales, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to achieve successful closings.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and investors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with investors, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client investment objectives and provide suitable property solutions.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and commercial property values.
  • Prepare market reports and investment analyses for clients.
  • Identify emerging investment opportunities and recommend strategic actions.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, finance, and project teams to facilitate transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Participate in sales meetings and strategic planning sessions.
