Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Operation Executive, located in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include managing import logistics operations, coordinating with clients and other stakeholders, handling documentation requirements, and ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods. The role also involves supporting export processes as needed and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Import Logistics and Export processes Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain strong client relationships Experience in handling import procedures, including documentation and compliance Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges in logistics Proficiency in relevant software/tools and fluency in English (verbal and written) Prior experience in international logistics or a related field is an advantage
