Roles & Responsibilities
The Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance Senior Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. This role requires deep functional expertise in finance processes, strong knowledge of Oracle EBS and Fusion Financial modules, and the ability to manage complex projects and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
- Oversee configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities across Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance modules.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Oracle Finance consultants.
- Collaborate with finance leaders and business stakeholders to understand financial processes and requirements.
- Ensure Oracle financial solutions align organizational objectives, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
- Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business users, and senior management.
- Drive adoption of best practices in Oracle Finance and project management.
- Manage risk, issue resolution, and change management processes.
- Stay updated on Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials product enhancements and industry trends.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-implementation optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance consulting.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud modules.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS financial implementations or upgrades.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and reporting tools.
- Oracle certifications in EBS and/or Fusion Financial modules preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and managing client relationships.
