1) Strategic Planning and Analysis

  • Sales Planning: Develop annual and regional sales strategies aligned with agricultural seasons and the company’s objectives.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor fluctuations in the local market, track competitor actions, and identify new opportunities to grow market share.
  • Sales Forecasting: Produce accurate projections of future demand based on historical data and seasonal expectations.

2) Relationship Building and Business Development

  • Channel/Distribution Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key farmers, retailers, and distributors across different regions.
  • Field Visits: Organize regular visits to farms and major agricultural projects to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Deal Management: Directly oversee negotiations and the signing of contracts and agreements with major clients.
