We are hiring a Banking Operations Manager to sit exactly where it matters most:Between the CBE sandbox, our partner banks, and the live money flows of our super-apps.
???? What you will REALLY own
CBE Fin Tech sandbox & bank-led pilots You turn ideas into regulated experiments: prepare and drive CBE sandbox / no-objection / bank-led pilot applications, and translate CBE guidance into clean, bank-grade operational flows. Partner bank operations & integrations You are the operational face of Egypteneur with our partner banks – cards, payments, digital, ops, risk. You coordinate how we plug into QR / Meeza, instant payments, card issuing / BIN sponsorship, settlement & reconciliation Bank-grade wallet operations You design and run the rails: funding, cash-out, merchant settlement, limits, monitoring, reconciliations, aligned with CBE / AML / KYC expectations across all Egypteneur wallets

Hands-on experience in banking operations / digital payments / wallet or fintech operations in E
gypt. You’ve worked with banks, not just at a bank – integrations, settlement, card or payments projects. You think like an operator and a builder: structured, precise, but excited to create new rails, not only maintain old ones.
