Job description
What you will do to help drive energy transition:
- You take ownership of processing incoming invoices using the SAP AFI Monitor, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth accounting workflows.
- You record bank transactions with precision, keeping all financial movements transparent and up to date.
- You handle travel expense reports in SAP Concur, making sure reimbursements are correct, timely, and properly documented.
- You contribute to our financial reporting cycle by supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements-helping us maintain clarity and reliability in all financial matters.
What you will need for that journey: - You have solid SAP and accounting knowledge (mandatory)
- You bring experience in accounts payable and/or payroll accounting (a strong advantage)
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- You work precisely, reliably, and with strong attention to detail
- You communicate well and thrive in a team environment
- You speak excellent English and very good German
