Job Overview:We are hiring for a Back Office role that is considered part of the Customer Service team. This position is focused on second-level support, working closely with store agents. The role does not involve direct interaction with customers, but supports agents in handling and resolving customer-related issues.
Responsibilities: • Provide second-level support to store agents • Handle escalated cases from first-line customer service • Assist agents in resolving customer issues efficiently • Follow up on pending cases until resolution • Coordinate with different departments when needed • Maintain accurate records of cases and actions taken
