  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business objectives and best practices.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Partner with department heads to ensure job descriptions are accurate, updated, and aligned with business needs.
  • Manage and enhance the performance management cycle, ensuring clear KPIs, continuous feedback, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify organizational training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives to build employee capabilities.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate insights on recruitment trends, turnover, and employee engagement to support decision-making.
  • Act as a focal point for medical and social insurance administration, ensuring high service quality and addressing employee concerns efficiently.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects such as organizational restructuring, culture transformation, and process improvement.
