  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to optimize executive time and productivity.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and board sessions.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Coordinate and follow up on action items and deliverables from executive meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support the CEO in strategic planning, project management, and implementation of key initiatives.
  • Liaise with department heads and senior management to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Organize and manage executive events, conferences, and special projects as required.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement related to the CEO’s office.
