Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office (Chat-Calls) English Account position located in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing back office operations, handling customer interactions through chat and calls, addressing queries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various operational functions. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless workflows and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

English Customer Service agent (voice- non voice)

Net salary: 17,000 EGP

Location in Abbassya, Cairo

English level: B1+/B2
