Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Technical Support role located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves providing technical support and guidance to clients on social media platforms, assisting with account management, and troubleshooting technical issues related to social media tools and services. Additional responsibilities include managing and analyzing social media queries, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
