Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Support Agent (Voice and Non-Voice) based in Cairo, Egypt. The agent will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service via voice and non-voice communication channels, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to understand and resolve various customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively Focus on ensuring high Customer Satisfaction through responsiveness and professionalism Strong Communication skills for both voice and non-voice interactions Experience with Troubleshooting customer issues and providing practical solutions Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
