Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The specialist will ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism, adhering to company standards, and providing excellent customer experience through phone and various communication channels.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service Exceptional skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering an excellent Customer Experience Strong Phone Etiquette and professionalism in customer interactions Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to manage and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
