Teleperformance Egypt is hiring English-speaking graduates to join an Entertainment account in New Cairo.
This role starts as voice support and offers a structured opportunity to transition into CHAT support after 6 months based on performance and business needs.

Compensation & Benefits
• 19,000 EGP NET salary • 195 EUR quarterly bonus • Overtime paid in USD • Career path after 6 months • Paid training • Transportation provided • Medical & social insurance

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries related to entertainment services • Provide accurate and professional solutions • Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards

Requirements
• University graduates only • English proficiency B1+ and above • Available to work on-site in New Cairo • Ready for immediate start
