About the Project We are building a new category of software focused on how humans learn and perform physical skills. Our products use AI and computer vision, including camera-based analysis, to guide users during practice, provide feedback, and support long-term skill acquisition and rehabilitation. This is not a traditional screen-only product. The core interaction happens through the camera, voice, motion, and real-time feedback loops. The UI exists to support action, not replace it. We are looking for a senior UI/UX designer who is excited by complex interaction models, real-world constraints, and designing systems that work while people are moving, exercising, and learning.

Role This is a senior, hands-on role with high ownership. You will work closely with our founder, product owner, AI and computer vision engineers, and software engineering team to define how users interact with the system before, during, and after movement. You will help design interaction models that are clear, conservative, and usable in real environments, not just polished in Figma.

Responsibilities• Design end-to-end interaction models for camera-based and motion-driven experiences• Define how users receive guidance, cues, and feedback during active movement• Design pre-session, in-session, and post-session flows that support learning and recovery• Work closely with product and engineering to translate complex system behavior into simple, usable experiences• Collaborate with AI and computer vision teams to shape how perception outputs are surfaced to users• Design interfaces that work under real constraints such as attention, fatigue, latency, and physical effort• Plan and run usability testing with therapists and patients, including observation of real use• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and system limitations• Contribute to interaction principles and design guidelines for the platform

Required Experience• Senior level experience (5+ years) in UI/UX design, interaction design, or product design• Strong experience designing complex interaction flows, not just static screens• Experience designing for mobile and camera-based products• Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about state, feedback, and user intent• Comfortable working closely with engineers and engaging with technical constraints• Experience taking products from early concepts through iteration and refinement

Strongly Preferred• Experience with motion, fitness, rehabilitation, or learning-by-doing products• Experience designing real-time or sensor-driven interactions• Familiarity with usability testing in real-world, non-desk environments• Interest in human movement, motor learning, or embodied interaction

Working Setup• Close collaboration with the founder and product team• High ownership and direct influence over interaction and experience design• Opportunity to shape a new interaction paradigm, not just a UI layer
