Job Purpose:Responsible for implementing, handling, and supporting compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role also supports salary structures, job evaluations, market benchmarking, incentive schemes, and HR analytics to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:1. Compensation Management Conduct job evaluations and ensure accurate job leveling and grading. Support designing and implementation of variable pay programs (bonus schemes, sales incentives, retention plans).2. Benefits Administration Oversee employee benefits programs (Pension Plan, medical insurance, life insurance, allowances, etc.). Coordinate with insurance providers and brokers for renewals, claims, and contracts. Support the communication and rollout of new benefits.3. HR Systems & Data Analytics Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits data in HRIS systems. Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and monthly/quarterly compensation reports.4. Policies & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations. Prepare and update compensation and benefits policies and SOPs. Support internal and external audits.5. Projects & Continuous Improvement Participate in grading structure projects, market reviews, and benefits redesign. Lead automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency. Assist in HR transformation or compensation benchmarking projects.
Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and numerical skills. Advanced Excel and HR data modeling abilities. Experience with HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, Success Factors…). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field.4–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR analytics. Experience in pharma, FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational environment preferred.
