  • Manages and drives the coordination of projects 
  • Provides company projects with proper execution system:
  • Ensures proper and timely Mobilization process
  • Ensures proper Technical aspects are coordinated
  • Ensures proper Documentation standards
  • Ensures proper Communication process
  • Ensures Project Costs are within budget
  • Ensures Projects Schedule vs. Actual
  • Overall site quality
  • Overall site safety
  • Overall site layout and cleanliness
  • Oversees Project Managers 
  • Communicates management issues with Owner / Consultant
  • Coordinates Subcontractor Contracts with management
  • Coordinates Quality & Safety with management
  • Reviews and delivers monthly reports to management
