General Responsibilities:
- Manages and drives the coordination of projects
- Provides company projects with proper execution system:
- Ensures proper and timely Mobilization process
- Ensures proper Technical aspects are coordinated
- Ensures proper Documentation standards
- Ensures proper Communication process
- Ensures Project Costs are within budget
- Ensures Projects Schedule vs. Actual
- Overall site quality
- Overall site safety
- Overall site layout and cleanliness
- Oversees Project Managers
- Communicates management issues with Owner / Consultant
- Coordinates Subcontractor Contracts with management
- Coordinates Quality & Safety with management
- Reviews and delivers monthly reports to management
- Oversees company projects management success
