Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an English Voice & Chat Support position within our Business Account services. The role involves engaging with customers via voice and chat platforms, handling inquiries, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding professionally to customer needs, offering guidance, and resolving concerns while maintaining a high standard of communication and service delivery.
