Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative who is fluent in English to join our dynamic team on-site at our Cairo location. The candidate will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-notch customer experience. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer care, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, handling complaints professionally, and proactively providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely responses to customer queries Proficiency in using customer support software, tools, and platforms Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a customer support or BPO industry role is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Flexibility to work on-site in Cairo and adhere to assigned schedules
