Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo for a Back Office Support - Chat & Calls (English) specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions through chat and calls, providing efficient support, handling queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires coordination with the team to meet objectives and ensure timely responses to deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
