What you’ll do
- Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 5]:
- Lead FS operational excellence stream to enhance products efficiency through data analytics across FS products
- Manage & Govern all related reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders like partner bank,central bank,NTRA ..etc
- Set operational framework with internal stakeholders like DWH,big data, research teams to streamline FS operational excellence requests
- Design & Lead all automation projects related to reporting to maintain efficiency across all FS reports
- Lead all FS Marketing requests and top management adhoc reports to
- 100% VF Cash Channels Availability-Zero failed Cash-in transactions due to insufficient fund,
- 99% of Successful for Payments products & less than 1% in Settlement delay- 100% Negative balance collection. Fix 100% of variance causes, less than 0.1% Customers dispute & complains
Who you are
- Good Banking/ Fintech hands on experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, Internal & External Stakeholders management, communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Payments Eco system, Fintech market landscape, competitive environment and internal structure/processes.
- Good Problem solving, crisis management and change Management Skills
- Excellent Analytical & Presentation Skills.
