Role Description Handle the full hiring process for high-volume roles, from posting jobs to extending offers. Use various platforms (social media, job boards, and referrals) to find a high volume of qualified applicants. Conduct initial screenings and organize group interviews or hiring events. Build and maintain a database of potential candidates to fill future openings quickly. Ensure all candidates receive timely updates on their application status. Manage the collection and filing of hiring documents for all new staff. Help organize and deliver orientation for new hires on their first day. Maintain accurate employee records in our internal systems. Answer basic staff questions regarding company rules, attendance, and leave. Support the HR team with general office tasks and reporting as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 2-4 years of experience as HR Specialist Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits Experience in Personnel Management and developing employee relations Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational and communication skills
