Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, developing marketing campaigns, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall business growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and training clients on our services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and a proven ability to drive business growth and meet targets Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Experience in providing Training and support to effectively meet customers' needs Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans Highly organized with time management and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with HR consulting and workforce optimization is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
