Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Senior Team Leader located in Mokattam, Cairo, Egypt. will be responsible for managing, coaching, and driving the performance of multiple telesales teams to achieve sales targets and quality standards. This role acts as a bridge between management and team leaders/agents, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.techniques.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Team Leader in telesales or call center environments. • Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills. • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities. • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs and reports. • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets. • Good knowledge of CRM systems and call center tools. • Fluency in English (required for US-based campaigns).
