Description:- Promote & sell bank products/services to achieve the yearly set targets.- Handle customers’ requests/inquiries related to their accounts ,products & services in a professional manner & serving all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their full satisfaction.- Achieve branch goals and increase customer base and revenue.- Providing professional, and high quality service that meet customers’ requirements and exceeds their expectations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.- 0-3 years of experience in the same field.- Strong orientation for sales and services- Fluency in English.- Sufficient knowledge of bank's products, services, rules & regulations.- Computer Literacy.- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
