About the Role
We are looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Specialist with experience selling software solutions to businesses.
The role focuses on managing leads, engaging decision makers, presenting SaaS and ERP solutions, and closing deals.
You will work closely with internal teams to move prospects through the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound and outbound B2B leads and qualify opportunities
- Manage communication with business clients and key stakeholders
- Present SaaS and ERP solutions in a clear, business focused manner
- Understand client needs and map solutions to business requirements
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial offers
- Negotiate terms and close B2B deals
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM data
- Collaborate with marketing on lead handover and feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or software sales
- Experience selling ERP or enterprise software is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision making processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales stages
- Target driven and performance oriented mindset
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary equal to 25 percent of the monthly sales target
- 10 percent commission on closed and collected sales
- Compensation is directly linked to performance and target achievement
