Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Care Representative. The role involves assisting customers by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner. The representative will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide excellent customer support. Building positive relationships and acting as a key liaison between customers and the company will also be essential in this role.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with customers and team members Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service, prioritize Customer Satisfaction, and address customer support needs Experience in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with efficiency and professionalism Proficiency with customer relationship management tools and a basic understanding of online platforms Ability to work independently in a remote setup with effective time management skills Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
