About the Role
We are searching for “HR Recruiter” to join one of our companies “RE/MAX Franchise” to manage the full recruitment and HR processes.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling diverse hiring needs — from BD and sales agents professionals’ roles — while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for white-collar positions.
- Maintain and expand talent pipelines for various functions (sales agents, operations & marketing).
- Manage recruitment ads on social media, online platforms (WUZZUF, LinkedIn, etc.) and offline channels.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, ensuring a cultural and technical fit.
- Prepare and present recruitment status reports to management.
HR Administration & Support
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and basic HR documentation for new hires.
- Support in performance management, attendance tracking, and employee records.
- Assist in developing HR policies, organization charts, and job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
