Role Objective
- To plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns with the goal of generating high-quality leads at the lowest possible cost, while continuously improving performance and supporting brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage paid ads on: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) - Google Ads - TikTok Ads - Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily (budget, targeting, creatives).
- Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and messaging.
- Manage daily and monthly ad budgets.
- Set up tracking (pixels, conversions) and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights.
Key KPIs
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), when applicable
Lead quality feedback from Sales
2–4 years of experience in Media Buying or Performance Marketing.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.Strong understanding of targeting, funnels, and conversion tracking.Strong understanding of the Iraq market. Analytical mindset with basic reporting skills (Excel / dashboards).Experience in travel or service-based industries, or E-commerce is a plus.
