Role Objective

  • To plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns with the goal of generating high-quality leads at the lowest possible cost, while continuously improving performance and supporting brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage paid ads on: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) - Google Ads - TikTok Ads - Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns. 
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily (budget, targeting, creatives).
  • Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and messaging.
  • Manage daily and monthly ad budgets.
  • Set up tracking (pixels, conversions) and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights.

  • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR)
  • Conversion Rate
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), when applicable

2–4 years of experience in Media Buying or Performance Marketing.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.Strong understanding of targeting, funnels, and conversion tracking.Strong understanding of the Iraq market. Analytical mindset with basic reporting skills (Excel / dashboards).Experience in travel or service-based industries, or E-commerce is a plus.
