Guest Relations Supervisor

  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer tailored solutions, particularly for VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions.

  • Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak dining and nightlife hours.

  • Lead daily briefings to align the team on guest movements and special events.
  • Address service recovery issues related to dining and entertainment promptly.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction during peak dining and nightlife hours and resolve issues on the spot.
