Human Resources Generalist

  • Key Responsibilities: -
  •  Recruitment & Selection
  •  Prepare and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
  •  Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
  •  Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
  •  Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
  •  Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  •  Personnel Administration
  •  Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
  •  Manage attendance, leave records, and employee schedules.
  •  Handle social insurance, medical insurance, and employee documentation.
  •  Ensure HR database accuracy and updates.
  •  Payroll & Compensation
  •  Collect monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions).
  •  Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate salary payments.
  •  Establish a salary scale and a complete salary structure for the company
  •  Process end-of-service benefits and compensation calculations.
  •  Training & Development
  •  Identify training needs based on performance evaluations and departmental requests.
  •  Arrange training sessions and coordinate with training providers.
  •  Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
  •  Employee Relations & Discipline
  •  Address employee inquiries and handle workplace complaints professionally.
  •  Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  •  Implement company policies and investigate disciplinary issues.
  •  Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR regulations.
  •  Performance Management
  •  Assist in implementing the performance appraisal system.
  •  Support managers in setting development plans for employees.
