  • Participate in developing new business, specifically ,assist the CEO in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery. 
  • Work with the CEO on the strategic vision and assist in the development and negotiation of contracts. 
  • Planning for upgrading system and components for effective operation.
  • Oversee cash flow, capital expenditure, cost management, and financial performance optimization.
  •  Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, taxation requirements, and statutory reporting standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
  • Participate in the selection, prioritization, and monitoring of hospital-wide key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve quality and patient safety. 
  • Assess the impact of improvements including efficiency of complex processes, and reductions in cost and use of resources.
