Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Store Operations located in Heliopolis. The Head of Store Operations will oversee daily store performance, strategize and implement operational improvements, and ensure all operational activities align with business objectives. Responsibilities include managing store staff, supervising operations teams, improving customer service standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for creating exceptional in-store experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in retail from 6 to 12 years Experience in electronics or games from 5 years Proven expertise in Retail Operations and Operations Management Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making Exceptional Customer Service skills and a focus on enhancing the customer experience Team Management skills, including motivating, training, and leading store staff effectively Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field Previous experience in a leadership role within the retail or operations sector is highly desirable
