Project & Account management Manager ( Advertising & Events Agency )

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Manage end – to – end project lifecycle for advertising campaigns and events.
  • Develop Project Plans, Time lines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate Creative, Production, and execution teams.
  • Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and brand standard

Client Management

  • Act as the main point of contact with clients during project execution
  • Translate client expectations and handle feedback professionally
  • Manage client briefs into clear project scopes and action plans
  • Conduct regular project status updates and post-project reviews

Event Managements

  • Oversee event logistics (venues, suppliers, permits. schedules)
  • Supervise on-site event execution and ensure smooth operations
  • Manage contingencies and resolve issues in real time during events

Budget & cost control

  • Prepare and monitor project budgets.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs.
  • Track expenses and ensure financial compliance.

Quality & Risk Management:

  •  Identify projects risks and develop mitigation plans.
  •  Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
  •  Maintain documentation and project reports.

Team Coordination:

  •  Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
  •  Coordinate with creative, design, production, and marketing teams.
  • Motivate Teams and ensure collaboration across functions.

 


Bachelor's degree in related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Engineering).10 + years of experience in project managements including 3-6 years within advertising & events planning. PMP or similar certification is a plus .Very Good in English Spoken and written.Proficiency in using ERP Systems and handling paper-based documentation.
