- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and gas systems.
- Request, analyze, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers for tenders.
- Propose value engineering solutions to optimize cost and performance.
Procurement
- Prepare procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.
- Issue RFQs and evaluate suppliers’ technical and commercial submissions.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Prepare comparison sheets and procurement recommendations.
- Ensure materials comply with project specifications and the approved vendors list.
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with design, planning, execution, and finance teams.
- Prepare material submittals and follow up for approvals.
- Monitor material delivery and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
