Handle end-to-end import operations from suppliers abroad.
Prepare and review import documents (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
Track shipments and follow up on ETD / ETA until final delivery.
Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Follow up on bank procedures related to imports (transfers, LC, Swift confirmations).
Calculate landed cost and monitor import expenses.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics documents.
Resolve shipment delays or issues with suppliers and logistics partners.
Support management with reports on import status and logistics performance.
