- Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Collect, verify, and input employee data including attendance, overtime, and deductions into payroll systems.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, payslips, and related documentation to employees and clients.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from clients and employees, providing clear and accurate information.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documents and statutory filings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and reports.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
1-2 years of proven experience in payroll processing or a related field.Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory compliance in Egypt.Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
