We are actively seeking a talented and detail-oriented Spanish-Speaking Quality Analyst to join our team. If you are passionate about quality improvement, coaching, and have solid experience in the Process Business Outsourcing (PBO) industry, we want to hear from you!
Start Date: December 19th Industry Focus: PBO / Call Center / Customer Service Location: Maadi
Qualifications:Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory to effectively monitor and evaluate calls for the Spanish market. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Quality Analyst within the PBO (Process Business Outsourcing) or Call Center industry is required. Proven background in Customer Service operations.
