Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Heliopolis. The Call Center Representative will interact with customers to address inquiries, provide support, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering customer calls, handling complaints, providing information, and documenting interactions in the system. This role requires maintaining professionalism and delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications Ability to provide excellent customer support and maintain customer satisfaction Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle inquiries and complaints effectively Knowledge of computer systems and applications with solid computer literacy Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is advantageous Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to customer needs Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's of degree or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus
