We are now hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our products and solutions.
Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding, training, adoption, and long-term success of clients using DAZU and Bright Creations products. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, Finance Teams, Sales Ops, IT, and Assistance teams) to ensure smooth implementation, continuous product usage, and high satisfaction.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
