Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Provide financial guidance to the CEO and executive team to support decision-making.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS), tax laws, and legal regulations.
- Establish and enforce robust financial policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Supervise all accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, costing, inventory, and revenue recognition.
- Review reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and cost allocations for accuracy.
- Oversee treasury operations and cash flow management.
Taxation & Audit Management
- Manage income tax, VAT, payroll tax, and social insurance compliance.
- Lead coordination with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audits.
Business Performance & Decision Support
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee financial due diligence, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations.
- Support operational and commercial teams with data-driven financial analysis.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.
- Build capabilities in financial planning, reporting, and system optimization.
- Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
