Payroll Specialist

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within deadlines.
  • Review and validate attendance, overtime, deductions, incentives, and allowances.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal policies.
    Maintain and update payroll data, contracts, and personnel changes on HR systems.
  • Track leaves, absences, penalties, overtime, and attendance adjustments.
     Manage social insurance procedures (additions, removals, monthly forms).
  • Calculate and update income tax deductions per Egyptian regulations.
  • Submit required documentation to governmental bodies when needed.
     Prepare monthly payroll reports and coordinate salary transfers with Finance.
  • Provide accurate reporting for overtime, headcount, and payroll cost analysis.
  • Support internal and external audits with required data and forms.
     Handle employee payroll inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, payslips, etc.
  • Issue salary slips and payroll-related documentation.
