HR Operations Specialist

  • Receive new hire documents and work acceptance forms (employment contract, Form 1, bank account opening form, fingerprinting).
  • Track employee attendance, departure, and leaves through biometric system and send periodic reports to management.
  • Process resignations of departing employees and send to management.
  • Monitor probationary periods of employees and send forms to direct managers for evaluation.
  • Distribute bank cards and medical insurance cards to employees.
  • Disburse salaries to new employees.
  • Allocate employees to farms according to recruitment plan.
  • Address employee needs (accommodation, certificates, HR inquiries).
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to determine reasons for resignation.
  • Monitor promotion probationary periods and evaluate employee performance.
  • Generate periodic reports on site staffing needs based on daily resignations.
