Role Description This is a full-time and on-site Microbiologist role, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Microbiologist will oversee microbiological testing and analysis to ensure product safety and quality. Responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, monitoring samples, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, and collaborating with the quality control and assurance teams to adhere to company and regulatory standards. The candidate will also document and interpret data to improve processes and uphold product excellence within FCG’s production environment.
Qualifications Proficient in Microbiology and skilled in conducting research and testing in adherence to industry standards. At least 2:4-year experience in Micro Food Lab Strong Laboratory Skills with experience in utilizing and maintaining Laboratory Equipment. Analytical thinking and attention to detail to accurately interpret test results and assess risks. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Veterinary, Agriculture, or a related field. Prior experience in the food industry or related sectors is an advantage. Food Safety Training Iso 22000, GHPExperience in Food Micro Lab Accredited ISO/IEC 17025
