Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Call Center Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include managing and overseeing the daily operations of the call center, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Call Center Coordinator will handle incoming calls, maintain records of customer interactions, provide accurate information about services, and assist in resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, the role involves monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to improve service quality.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills Proven experience in Customer Support and the ability to handle client needs promptly and professionally Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and improve processes Experience in People Management, with skills in supervising and supporting team performance Proficient in problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with a team Familiarity with call center technology and software is a plus
